If your clothing order doesn't fit, you may return it for exchange or store credit only. Must be returned the day of receipt for pick-up and in-town delivery orders, and within 5 days of receipt for shipped orders.
Customer must notify bobrella@hairrella.com as soon as a return is requested, and must be brought or shipped unwashed, in original packaging, to the address given by email.
Does not apply to hair and lash products, which are final sale.
